Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mj.mart@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or delays caused by shipping carriers. Please double-check product details before placing your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
